Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or credit in the following situations:

  • If I cancel a session: You may choose a full refund or credit for a future session
  • If you cancel with 24+ hours notice: You may receive a credit for rebooking
  • Technical issues on my end: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Unsatisfactory service: We'll work together to find a fair solution

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be charged in full, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

How to request a refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

  • Contact me: Email yuli.learning.uk@gmail.com
  • Include details: Your name, session date/time, and reason for the refund request
  • Wait for confirmation: I'll respond within 24 hours with next steps
  • Receive your refund: Processing typically takes 3-5 business days

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

Refund methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:

  • Bank transfer: 1-3 business days
  • Credit/debit card: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Other methods: Varies, typically 3-5 business days

If the original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.

Credits and rescheduling

In many cases, you may prefer a credit over a refund:

  • Session credits: Valid for 6 months from issue date
  • Flexible scheduling: Use credits to book future sessions at your convenience
  • No additional fees: Credits maintain their full value
  • Easy rebooking: Simply mention your credit when booking

Credits are often more convenient than refunds and allow you to continue your learning journey when it suits you better.

Non-refundable items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Partially used lesson packages: Individual sessions from multi-session packages that have already begun
  • Expired credits: Credits that have passed their 6-month validity period
  • Late cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice
  • No-show sessions: Sessions where the student doesn't attend without notice
