I provide online private tutoring for GCSE and A-Level subjects.

Sessions are delivered remotely using common video tools and shared resources. Platform and resources will be confirmed before your first session.

Pricing is per session and will be confirmed in writing before you book.

Sessions are priced individually. The current rate will always be confirmed in writing. Longer-term packages or discounts may be agreed on a case-by-case basis. Invoices are due on receipt unless we agree otherwise.

Give twenty-four hours' notice to avoid being charged.

You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, the session may be charged in full. If I need to cancel, you may choose a refund or a credit. In exceptional circumstances I may use discretion to offer a credit.

Safety comes first and I may pause or refuse services if concerns arise.

Students must behave respectfully and follow safety guidance. I may pause or refuse services where safeguarding concerns arise or where behaviour is inappropriate. A parent or guardian should be nearby for younger students during online sessions.

Materials are for personal study only unless we agree otherwise.

Lesson materials are for personal study only. Unless we agree otherwise, I retain ownership of resources and grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning.

Total liability is limited to fees paid and I am not responsible for indirect loss.

I will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for sessions in the four weeks before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

If technical problems prevent a session from running, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.

I only collect the minimum personal data needed to deliver tutoring and communicate with you. I don't record sessions unless we both agree in writing.

I may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective when posted on this page. The latest version will always be available here.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
